- Once an order and its payment are fully received (only if the mode of payment is not “Cash on Delivery”), we pack items for shipping/Delivery. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt. All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns items must be in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued once we have inspected the goods on their return. Faulty or damaged goods, fully or partly, will be exchanged without charging the buyer.
